R&D Engineer

Job Title : R&D Engineer -Drone

Experience: 2-4 Years

Type: Full time ( 6 Days )

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the Research, Development, and Optimization of drone systems, focusing on PID tuning, sensor integration and performance improvement.
2. Work with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, STM32, ESP32, Open CV, and MAVLink protocol to enhance drone functionality and control.
3. Support PCB design and development for drone applications.
4. Contribute to CAD design and analysis using software such as Creo Parametric, Solidworks, fusion 360, AutoCAD, CATIA, or similar tools
5. Prepare and maintain accurate technical documentation, including DGCA documentation and regulatory filings.
6. Conduct research and write technical papers for publications in IEEE and Reputed Journals or conferences.
7. collaborate with the R&D team to address technical challenges, ensure proper documentation, and meet project deadlines.
8. Ensure all work is compliant with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Required Experience:

1. Minimum 2-4 Years of hands-on experience in drone R&D.
2. Proven experience Work with Raspberry Pi, Arduino, STM32, ESP32, Open CV, and MAVLink protocol in a drone system
3. Demonstrated experience in PCB design and CAD tools ( Creo Parametric, Solidworks, fusion 360, AutoCAD, CATIA, )
4. Experience in DGCA documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
